This 4-bedroom, 3-bath sits in Country Place, one of Palm City's original acreage neighborhoods, where the woods between properties do the work a fence usually has to. Big-ticket items handled: metal roof 2015, A/C 2025, water heater 2024. The 2021 renovation was a loving restoration rather than a gut, so the original floor plan is still here, with an updated kitchen, all three baths redone, new flooring, and a generous family room. Outside, an 880 sq ft detached garage and shop, air-conditioned and currently set up for billiards but still fully functional as a garage, plus a covered outdoor area for golfcart, gator or other equipment. Room for a pool. The original floor plan gave this house a proper entry and rooms that are actually rooms, and the second story keeps the bedrooms well clear of the living areas. The 2021 work replaced the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances in place rather than reworking the footprint, redid all three bathrooms, and carried new flooring through in maple, luxury vinyl plank and Berber. The shop is the part that changes how you use this property. Keep it as a workshop, leave the game room where it is, or run it as flex space for whatever the season calls for. Country Place is one of the few two-acre neighborhoods left in Palm City, quiet and set back from the main corridors, though Martin Highway and I-95 are only a few minutes out. Downtown Stuart is about fifteen minutes east and the beaches are beyond it. Martin County's growth limits are why this side of Palm City still looks the way it does, and there is not much of it left.
