When you submit a form, such as a home valuation request, cash offer request, or contact form. We collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your real estate needs.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your request, provide home valuations and real estate services, and follow up regarding your inquiry. By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text (SMS), and email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or unsubscribing from emails.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we send SMS text messages related to your request, for example, home valuation results, property details, appointment confirmations, and follow-up about your inquiry. The consent box on our forms is never pre-checked, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our services.

SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates. Text-message consent is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sales@pureequity.us or (561) 835-5400.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Information sharing

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This applies to every person who contacts us, in every state, and to all of the information you give us, including your name, email address and phone number.

We may share your information with service providers (such as our CRM and communication tools) strictly to deliver the services you requested, and where the law requires us to. As stated above, SMS opt-in consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
