- Do I need experience to join Pure Equity?
- No. We work with newly licensed agents and established producers alike. Newer agents get mentorship and training; experienced agents get support and tools without the overhead of a large franchise. What we ask for is a valid Florida real estate license (or one in progress) and a commitment to serving clients well.
- What are the commission splits?
- We keep splits competitive and transparent, and we tailor the structure to your production and the support you need. Rather than list a single number here, we will walk you through the current options in a confidential conversation so you can compare them to what you have now.
- Do you provide leads?
- We generate leads through the website, our marketing, and referrals, and we share opportunities with agents on the team. We also help you build your own pipeline through sphere-of-influence, farming, and online strategies so you are not dependent on any single source.
- What areas does the brokerage serve?
- Our core market is South Florida and the Treasure Coast, including Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Highlands, and Okeechobee counties. If you work a specific city or niche, we will help you go deep there.
- Is the conversation confidential?
