Where Does Jesper Parnevik Live in Florida? His Jupiter Homes Then and Now
September 21, 2026 · 8 min read · By Onias Derilus, Broker
Jesper Parnevik has lived in Jupiter, Florida, for a quarter century. He sold his waterfront estate in Indian Hills in 2021, the same house that later listed for $16.75 million, and then bought a modest Ocean Walk home to gut and rebuild. This post covers both, and what Jupiter homes cost now.
Where does Jesper Parnevik live? The Swedish golfer lives in Jupiter, Florida, and he has since 2000. The house has changed, though. He sold his Intracoastal estate in the Indian Hills neighborhood in 2021, and in early 2022 he bought a much smaller home in Jupiter's Ocean Walk community with plans to gut it. Here is what public reporting says about both homes and what Jupiter costs now. Pure Equity does not publish private addresses.
Key takeaways
- Jupiter, Florida has been home since 2000, first in Indian Hills and now in Ocean Walk.
- $1.23 million is what a brokerage press release said he paid in February 2022 for a 1980 house he planned to rebuild.
- $16.75 million was the 2023 asking price for the Indian Hills estate he had sold in 2021, per Robb Report.
- Jupiter homes list at a median of about $875,000 as of September 2026, with waterfront far above that.
Where does Jesper Parnevik live in Florida?
Parnevik lives in Jupiter, at the north end of Palm Beach County. Wikipedia lists the town as his residence, and the family's Swedish reality series filmed there for years. He arrived in 2000, well before the current wave of tour players, and he stayed after selling the house that made him a local fixture.
Two Jupiter neighborhoods matter in his story. The first is Indian Hills, a small waterfront enclave on the Intracoastal with a direct line of sight across the water to Jupiter Island. Robb Report described his former home there as sitting across the waterway from Tiger Woods's estate. The second is Ocean Walk, a smaller community of older homes near the beach on the east side of town. That is where he bought in 2022.
The move fits a pattern we see often with long-time Jupiter owners. The big waterfront house gets sold at the top of the market, and the owner stays in town in something simpler. He did exactly that, and he did it during the busiest stretch the Jupiter market has ever had.
Inside the Indian Hills estate he sold
Robb Report covered the property in May 2023, when a later owner listed it at $16.75 million. The magazine said Parnevik owned it from 2000 to 2021. The layout was a five-bedroom main house plus a four-bedroom guest residence. Interiors were contemporary and white, with oversized windows on all three levels facing the water.
The extras read like a tour player's wish list. A Trackman golf simulator, a movie theater, a gym with a sauna and massage room, a wet bar, and a synthetic putting green all made the listing. Outside there was a pool, a dining pavilion, a white-sand beach, and dockage for a yacht and smaller boats. The listing agent, Rob Thomson of Waterfront Properties, called it the longest view in northern Palm Beach County.
One detail gives the house a second claim to fame. Elin Nordegren lived in the guest house as the family's nanny before Parnevik introduced her to Tiger Woods. The price he received when he sold in 2021 was not stated in the coverage we found, so we do not estimate it. For scale, the 2023 asking price was more than 13 times what he paid for the Ocean Walk house a year earlier.
The Ocean Walk house he bought next
In February 2022 a press release from the selling brokerage, Echo Fine Properties, said Parnevik had closed on a home in Ocean Walk for $1.23 million. The house was a three-bedroom, three-bath of about 2,020 square feet, built in 1980. The release said the price was the highest per square foot for an unrenovated home in the area.
He was not buying it for what it was. The release said he planned to take the house down to the studs and spend roughly $600,000 to modernize it. That is a common play near the Jupiter beaches, where 1980s block homes sit on lots worth more than the structures. Whether that renovation is finished, and what the house is worth now, has not been reported.
Why Jesper Parnevik chose Jupiter
Parnevik came to Jupiter for the same reasons most tour players do. The weather allows year-round practice, the courses are among the best in the country, and Palm Beach International Airport makes the travel manageable. He also arrived early enough to buy waterfront before the town became golf's unofficial capital.
His personal life is tied to the town, too. The family reality show, "Parneviks," ran on Swedish television for years and filmed much of its footage at the Jupiter home. His children grew up there. His daughter Peg, a singer, and the rest of the family have stayed in the area in one form or another, according to the show's coverage.
The golf still matters. He plays the PGA Tour Champions schedule, and the senior tour's Florida events are within a short drive. Selling the estate did not mean leaving. It meant trading upkeep for a smaller footprint in the same zip code.
Where else does Jesper Parnevik live?
Public reporting names no other current home. He was born in Stockholm, and he keeps close ties to Sweden through television and business, but the coverage we found does not describe a Swedish residence. Jupiter has been the base for 25 years.
That makes him unusual among the town's famous golfers. Many keep a second home in the mountains or the Midwest. For Parnevik, the record shows one Florida house sold and one Florida house bought, both in Jupiter. If a Swedish property or a second U.S. home ever shows up in reporting, we will add it here.
What homes near Jesper Parnevik cost
Jupiter's numbers cover a wide market. Our MLS feed as of September 2026 shows about 729 active listings in Jupiter. The median list price is about $875,000, and the average listing has sat 116 days. His Ocean Walk house sat close to that median at the time, before renovation.
The Indian Hills estate lived in a different market. Intracoastal homes with a beach and dockage in Jupiter trade in the eight figures, and the $16.75 million ask in 2023 shows the range. For that kind of property, start with waterfront homes across South Florida or the gated Intracoastal club at Admirals Cove.
Across the water, Jupiter Island had 14 active listings with a median near $19.7 million. Beach-side buyers who want the Ocean Walk kind of location can look at beachfront homes, and the Palm Beach County page covers every town. Sellers with an older home near the beach should note what his purchase shows: buyers will pay a record per-square-foot price for the lot, not the house.

Where in Jupiter does Jesper Parnevik live?
Ocean Walk, a community of older homes near the beach on the east side of town. His former estate was in Indian Hills, on the Intracoastal across from Jupiter Island. We do not publish street addresses.

How much did Jesper Parnevik sell his Jupiter home for?
The 2021 sale price was not stated in the coverage we found. Robb Report reported the later asking price of $16.75 million in 2023, which reflects the next owner's listing, not his sale.
Did Elin Nordegren live at Jesper Parnevik's house?
Yes. Robb Report reported she lived in the guest house as the family's nanny before Parnevik introduced her to Tiger Woods. She later bought her own estate nearby, covered in our post on where Elin Nordegren lives.
Does Jesper Parnevik still own the Indian Hills house?
No. Robb Report said he owned it from 2000 to 2021. The $16.75 million listing in 2023 came from a later owner, so any price it fetched after that does not go to him.
Can you buy a home in Indian Hills?
Occasionally. It is a small enclave, and homes come up rarely. When they do, they price by water frontage and dock depth more than by square footage.
