Where Does Brooks Koepka Live in Florida? Inside His Jupiter Riverfront Estate

September 21, 2026 · 8 min read · By Onias Derilus, Broker

Brooks Koepka grew up in Palm Beach County and still lives there, in a riverfront estate in Jupiter. Here is what is reported about the house, the Tequesta home he sold in 2019, and what homes in the area sell for now.

Where does Brooks Koepka live? The five-time major champion lives in Jupiter, Florida, in a riverfront estate in the Pennock Point area on the Loxahatchee River. Most tour players moved to Palm Beach County for the golf. Koepka is a local. The golfer grew up in West Palm Beach and Lake Worth and has never left the county. Here is what public reporting says about his current home, the Tequesta house he sold, and the market around both.

Key takeaways

  • Pennock Point in Jupiter, a riverfront neighborhood, is his reported home, in a house finished around 2022.
  • Figures vary by outlet: reports cite a lot bought for about $3.35 million in 2018 and a home of roughly 13,000 square feet, while others quote $6 million to $7 million values.
  • His earlier home in Tequesta Country Club cost $2.5 million in 2015 and sold for $3.3 million in 2019.
  • He is a Palm Beach County native, which makes him rare among the Jupiter golf crowd.

Where does Brooks Koepka live in Florida?

Brooks Koepka lives in Jupiter, the northernmost town in Palm Beach County. Reports from Bunkered and local real estate blogs place his home in Pennock Point, a stretch of large waterfront lots on the Loxahatchee River. Rickie Fowler rebuilt a modern estate in the same neighborhood. So two of the best-known players of their generation live within a boat ride of each other.

Pennock Point is not a gated club. The appeal is land and water. Lots there run to an acre or more, with docks on a wide, calm stretch of the river that leads to the Jupiter Inlet. Pure Equity does not publish private addresses, so we name the neighborhood and stop there.

Before Jupiter, Koepka lived a few miles north in Tequesta. He bought a home inside Tequesta Country Club in 2015, the year after he earned his PGA Tour card. He stayed there through his first four major wins. Then, in the fall of 2019, he sold it and moved to the river.

Tequesta Country Club is worth a word on its own. It is a village neighborhood with a private golf club at its center. Homes sit on the course and along the Loxahatchee River. Owning a house there does not require joining the club, which is one reason younger tour players have used it as a first stop. Koepka's four years there fit that pattern.

Inside the reported Pennock Point estate

The numbers on this house are less tidy than on most celebrity homes, so here is what each source says. Real estate blogs that track Jupiter sales report that Koepka bought the lot in 2018 for about $3.35 million and built a new house on it, finished around 2022. The same reports describe about 13,000 square feet with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

Bunkered has called it a $7 million property, and other outlets describe a $6 million waterfront home. One report says a $7 million lot of about five and a half acres, which does not match the 2018 figure. We could not reconcile those numbers from public records, so treat the house as a large new-build worth somewhere in the high single-digit millions, with the exact price unreported.

The Tequesta house is better documented. Bunkered reported that Koepka paid $2.5 million in 2015. The home ran about 3,900 square feet, with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a view over the Loxahatchee River. He sold it for $3.3 million in 2019. ClutchPoints has published photos of that home, which had a pool and a river view from the back lawn. It was a solid first house for a young pro, and a gain of about $800,000 in four years.

Why Brooks Koepka stayed in Palm Beach County

Most players on this list chose Jupiter. Koepka was born into it. Koepka grew up in West Palm Beach, went to Cardinal Newman High School, and learned the game on local public courses before playing college golf at Florida State. So when the tour money arrived, the question was not whether to move to Florida but which part of his home county to buy in.

The golf explains the rest. Golf writers have long described Koepka and Dustin Johnson as practice partners at the Medalist Club in Hobe Sound. That is the Greg Norman course Tiger Woods also calls home. The Bear's Club, McArthur and Seminole are all within half an hour. Robb Report has called the Jupiter area a magnet for pro golfers for exactly this reason.

Since 2022 Koepka has played on LIV Golf, whose schedule takes him around the world rather than across the United States. Jupiter is a convenient base for that too. Palm Beach International has direct flights to most of the cities he needs, and his training team is local. He married Jena Sims in 2022, and their son was born in 2023, which has kept the family close to home between events.

Where does Brooks Koepka live when not in Jupiter?

No outlet has reported a second home. Koepka's family is in Palm Beach County, his coaches are nearby, and his wife's work in film and modeling has not required a second base. Reports of a Jupiter Island purchase appear on some property blogs, but we found no mainstream confirmation, and the acreage cited does not match anything else reported. Until a reputable outlet confirms it, we treat the river house as his only home.

What he does have is a schedule that keeps him away for long stretches. LIV events run from Australia to Saudi Arabia to Spain, and the four majors add spring and summer travel. Even so, every report of his life between tournaments points back to Jupiter.

What homes near Brooks Koepka cost

Riverfront in Jupiter sits at the top of the town's market. Pennock Point lots with deep water and a dock rarely list, and finished homes there have traded above $10 million. Our waterfront homes hub tracks what is active across the county.

The broader town is more varied. Our MLS feed as of September 2026 shows about 730 active listings in Jupiter, a median list price near $875,000 and an average of about 116 days on market. Tequesta, where Koepka started, shows about 88 listings at a median near $699,000 and homes moving faster, at about 86 days. Tequesta Country Club homes on the river often sit above that median.

Buyers who want golf inside a gate look at Admirals Cove, Jonathan's Landing or the Bear's Club. Farther north, Hobe Sound, where the Medalist sits, shows about 190 listings at a median near $570,000. See our golf and country club homes hub and the Palm Beach County page for the full picture.
