Where Does Martina Navratilova Live in Florida? Her Miami Beach Home and the Farm

September 21, 2026 · 8 min read · By Onias Derilus, Broker

Martina Navratilova and her wife Julia Lemigova split time between a rebuilt waterfront home in Miami Beach and a working farm in Southwest Ranches, both shown on The Real Housewives of Miami. No purchase price has been reported for either. Here is what is on the record and what homes in both places cost.

Where does Martina Navratilova live? The 18-time Grand Slam singles champion lives in Miami Beach, Florida, in a waterfront home she shares with her wife, Julia Lemigova. The couple also owns a working farm in Southwest Ranches, in western Broward County, which viewers of The Real Housewives of Miami know well. Bravo has described the Miami Beach house as the primary home and the farm as Lemigova's project. Neither property has a reported price. Here is what public reporting says about both.

Key takeaways

  • Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County: a rebuilt waterfront house on the bay side of the island, described by Bravo as the couple's primary home.
  • Reported price and year: not reported. In 2015 Fox News covered a four-bedroom Biscayne Point home the couple offered for rent at $7,900 a month.
  • Second property: a farm in Southwest Ranches with goats, chickens and fruit trees. Bravo reported in 2024 that they had bought a new farm almost three times the size of the old one.
  • The market around it: Miami Beach had about 2,500 homes for sale at a median list price near $650,000, and Southwest Ranches about 120 at a median near $2.9 million, in our MLS feed as of September 2026.

Where does Martina Navratilova live in Florida?

Navratilova has been a Florida resident for decades, and Miami Beach has been the base for most of her married life. She and Lemigova married in 2014 at the U.S. Open and settled in Miami. In July 2015, Fox News reported that the couple was renting out a four-bedroom home on Biscayne Point, a residential island at the north end of Miami Beach with bay views and a short walk to the beach. The asking rent was $7,900 a month.

Biscayne Point is part of North Beach, the quieter top third of the island. It is a mix of 1940s and 1950s houses and newer rebuilds, most on the bay or on canals with docks. Unlike the Venetian Islands or Star Island, it gets little celebrity coverage, which is part of the appeal. Residents drive out past a guard gate onto Normandy Isle and reach the beach in a few minutes. So a tennis player who wants water, privacy and a short trip to the ocean has a good reason to pick it.

By the time Lemigova joined The Real Housewives of Miami in 2021, the couple had a different house. Bravo's tour of what it called Lemigova's urban Miami estate showed a newly rebuilt waterfront home with a large pool and backyard. Bravo has described that house as the primary residence, and Lemigova has said on the show that Navratilova prefers it to the farm. No outlet has named the island or street, and we do not.

Pure Equity does not publish private addresses. Our Miami Beach city page shows current inventory on the bay side and the ocean side. The Miami-Dade County page puts the island beside the mainland markets.

Inside the reported Miami Beach home

Bravo's house tour is the best public look at the current home. It showed a modern two-story house on the water, a pool that runs along the back of the lot, and a yard set up for the couple's dogs. Lemigova called it urban because it sits in the city, in contrast to the farm. The tour did not give a square footage, a bedroom count or a build year, and no sale record has surfaced in public coverage.

The 2015 Biscayne Point rental is better documented. Fox News described a single-family home with an open floor plan, sliding glass doors onto a bay view, a traditional white kitchen with a wraparound bar, and a backyard pool. Whether the couple sold that house or rebuilt on the same lot is not reported. Bravo's use of the phrase newly rebuilt suggests a teardown, but that is an inference.

Because so little is on the record, we do not attach a value to either house. Miami Beach bayfront homes on the northern islands trade from the low millions upward, and a rebuilt house on the water would sit toward the top of that range. That is a description of the market, not an estimate of the home.

Why Martina Navratilova chose Miami Beach

The reasons are personal and practical. Navratilova has lived in Florida since her playing days, when the state's tennis academies and year-round courts made it the sport's American base. She has said in interviews that she likes the water and the weather, and the couple's dogs and the beach show up often on her social feeds. Miami's lack of a state income tax is part of every Florida story, but she has not cited it herself.

Lemigova's career adds a second reason. She is a cast member of The Real Housewives of Miami, which films in the city, and her spa business was in the Miami area before that. The show has made both homes public in a way most celebrity properties are not, since cameras have been inside them since 2021.

Navratilova's own work is portable. She commentates on tennis for television, which means travel to tournaments, and Miami hosts the Miami Open each spring. A home on the island puts her a short drive from that event and from the airport.

Where else does Martina Navratilova live?

The farm in Southwest Ranches is the second property, and it is Lemigova's more than Navratilova's. Southwest Ranches is a rural town in western Broward County, zoned for horses and small agriculture, about 40 minutes from Miami Beach. Bravo has shown Lemigova milking goats, collecting eggs and selling produce there, and Sportskeeda has covered her posts from the farm.

In 2024 Bravo reported that the couple had bought a new farm almost three times the size of the old one. Lemigova said Navratilova was less taken with rural life and spent most of her time at the Miami home. The price and acreage of the new farm were not reported. Navratilova has also spent time in Aspen, Colorado, over the years, but no current home there is on the record, so we leave it out.

What homes near Martina Navratilova cost

Miami Beach is a big market with a wide spread. Our MLS feed as of September 2026 shows about 2,500 active listings in Miami Beach. The median list price is near $650,000, and homes average about 160 days on market. That median comes from condos. Bayfront single-family homes on the northern islands sit well into the millions.

Southwest Ranches is a different kind of market. It had about 120 active listings at a median near $2.9 million, with homes averaging about 170 days on market. That high median reflects the town's minimum lot sizes. Most properties sit on an acre or more, and many have barns and paddocks. Our homes with acreage hub and the equestrian homes hub cover that segment across South Florida.

For a waterfront search, the waterfront homes hub lists bay and canal properties from Miami-Dade to Palm Beach County. The Broward County page shows how Southwest Ranches compares with Weston, Davie and Plantation nearby.
