Where Does Donald Trump Jr. Live in Florida? From Admirals Cove to West Palm Beach

September 21, 2026 · 8 min read · By Onias Derilus, Broker

Donald Trump Jr. bought a waterfront home in Jupiter's Admirals Cove in 2021, listed it for $30 million in 2026, and has since bought a waterfront lot in West Palm Beach's Prospect Park to build an eight-bedroom house. This post lays out what each outlet reported and what those two markets look like now.

Where does Donald Trump Jr. live? Since 2021 his Florida home has been a waterfront house in Admirals Cove, a gated golf and yachting community in Jupiter. That is changing. In 2026 he and his wife, Bettina Anderson Trump, bought a waterfront lot in the Prospect Park section of West Palm Beach. Reports say they plan to build an eight-bedroom house there. The Jupiter home went on the market for $30 million the same year. Here is what has been reported on both, and what those two markets cost now.

Key takeaways

  • Jupiter, Admirals Cove: WPTV reported the April 2021 purchase at nearly $10 million; The Real Deal put it at $9.7 million.
  • About 11,000 square feet: Reports describe six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 1995 build, and a private dock on the Intracoastal that fits an 85-foot boat.
  • Next stop, West Palm Beach: A roughly $15 million waterfront lot in Prospect Park, bought in early 2026, is the reported site of a new eight-bedroom home.
  • The Jupiter house is in flux: It listed for $30 million in February 2026, and a July 2026 deed showed a $7.6 million transaction between the former co-owners.

Where does Donald Trump Jr. live in Florida?

For now, the answer is Jupiter, in Admirals Cove. WPTV reported on April 1, 2021, that Trump Jr. and his then-partner, Kimberly Guilfoyle, had bought a waterfront mansion there. The station put the price at nearly $10 million. Admirals Cove is one of the larger club communities in northern Palm Beach County. It has about 888 homes, a golf course, and a marina on the Intracoastal Waterway. The station noted it sits about 20 miles from Mar-a-Lago.

The next answer is West Palm Beach. In June 2026, The Real Deal reported that Trump Jr. and his new wife had bought a double lot in Prospect Park. It is a historic neighborhood on the mainland side of the Intracoastal, just south of downtown. Page Six had earlier tied him to a trust that paid about $15 million for a vacant waterfront lot there in February 2026. The couple plans to build rather than buy.

Pure Equity does not publish private addresses, so this post stays at the neighborhood level for both properties. Readers who want the feel of Prospect Park's older streets can look at nearby El Cid, another 1920s waterfront district a few blocks north.

Inside the reported Admirals Cove home

The Jupiter house is big. Reports describe roughly 11,000 to 11,270 square feet, six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, on the Intracoastal side of the community. It dates to 1995. Listing coverage in 2026 mentioned an elevator, a wine room, a chef's kitchen and a golf cart garage. There is also a pool and a private dock that can hold an 85-foot boat.

The purchase price appears as "nearly $10 million" in WPTV's report and as $9.7 million in The Real Deal and later coverage. The difference is rounding, not disagreement. Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle split in 2024. In February 2026 the home went on the market at $30 million, about three times the 2021 price.

Then the ownership shifted. Yahoo, citing a Palm Beach County deed reported by the Palm Beach Post, said the county recorded a $7.6 million transaction on the house on July 25, 2026. Yahoo described it as Trump Jr. buying out his former partner's share. The reporting we have seen does not confirm whether the home still carries the $30 million asking price after that transfer. Treat the $30 million as an asking price, not a value.

The West Palm Beach lot and the planned house

Prospect Park is a different kind of place from Admirals Cove. There is no gate, no golf course, and no marina. It is a grid of older streets between Dixie Highway and the Flagler Drive waterfront, with 1920s Mediterranean Revival houses on generous lots. The waterfront lots face east across the Intracoastal toward Palm Beach island.

Reports describe the purchase as a waterfront parcel of about 0.74 acres bought through a trust for roughly $15 million in February 2026. A second adjoining lot would bring the site to about 1.5 acres and roughly 186 feet of water frontage. Property records at the time showed only the first parcel. The Real Deal's June 2026 report described it as a double lot.

The plan, per Realtor.com and People, is an eight-bedroom home. Trump Jr. has five children from his first marriage, and the couple has said they want space for family and for large events. No outlet has reported a groundbreaking date or an architect.

Why Donald Trump Jr. chose West Palm Beach

Two reported reasons stand out. The first is family. He married Bettina Anderson in a legal ceremony in Florida on May 21, 2026. A celebration on a private island in the Bahamas followed. She is a Palm Beach native, and a mainland lot facing the island keeps her close to home while giving the couple room to build.

The second is value. Local brokers quoted in coverage of the deal made one comparison. A waterfront lot on Palm Beach island with the same view would cost several times as much. A mainland site in Prospect Park gets the water and the skyline for a fraction of the island price. It also puts him outside a gated community for the first time. One report noted that makes him the only one of the president's three oldest children not living behind a gate.

Jupiter, by contrast, was the family's first Florida landing spot after 2020, when his brother Eric bought nearby and their father settled at Mar-a-Lago. That chapter appears to be closing with the Admirals Cove listing.

Where else does Donald Trump Jr. live?

Public reporting since 2021 places him in Florida. He lived in New York for most of his adult life, but no current New York residence appears in the coverage of his recent moves. The couple visits the Bahamas often, according to People, and held their wedding there, but no home purchase there has been reported.

So the honest picture is one Florida home he is leaving and one he has not yet built. Until the West Palm Beach house is finished, Jupiter remains the reported base. No outlet has reported a rental or interim home.

What homes near Donald Trump Jr. cost

The two markets could hardly be more different. Our MLS feed as of September 2026 shows about 730 active listings in Jupiter. The median list price is near $875,000, and the average is about 116 days on market. Admirals Cove sits well above that median, and waterfront homes inside the community with deep-water docks are the top of the Jupiter market.

West Palm Beach has about 2,200 active listings and a median near $310,000 in the same feed, with homes averaging about 116 days on market. That low median reflects thousands of condos and inland homes. The Intracoastal-facing lots in Prospect Park and El Cid are a separate market. A buildable waterfront parcel there now runs into eight figures, as the $15 million lot shows.

For sellers, the lesson from both deals is that water frontage and a dock drive the price more than the house on top of it. Owners across the county can compare on the Palm Beach County page, and buyers can start with waterfront homes across South Florida.
